Press Conference is at 6 p.m
Guests arrive starting 7 p.m at the courtyard in UB City, Bangalore.
Arrival of chief guests at approximately 7.30 p.m.
Short speech by master of ceremonies at approximately 7.30 p.m.
Presentation of memento's to the chief guests by Uzma Irfan.
Ribbon cutting by 6 artist chief guests (Yusuf Arakkal, S.G. Vasudev, Balan Nambiar, Murali Cheeroth, Babu Eshwar Prasad & C.F. John) at approximately 7.45 p.m to declare Art Bengaluru open.
Thereafter, guests can view the display of art across the length and breadth of UB City in the midst of light piano music, sampling of food from several restaurants located in UB City and Four Seasons wine.
